Penalties & Fines
Hog farms can be penalized for failure to comply with environmental regulations, including:
  • Failure to acquire LLDA clearance and discharge permits
  • Failure to abate pollution
  • Violating prohibitive acts
  • Refusing lawful entry into the establishment
  • Payment for environmental damages
  • Non-payment of fines, among others.
